Recommended them to my son to order Valentine's flowers for his girlfriend and they were never delivered and it was less than a mile from their location.
I ordered 2 corsages and 2 boutonnières for a total of $113 and was to pick them up 4/29 @10:00. When I arrived at 11:15 they weren't ready only to find out the red spray roses I ordered and paid for weren't available. Because prom was the same day I had to settle for white spray roses which isn't what I wanted. I did ask that they refund some of the cost and was told they would check with owner and "possibly" reimburse 1/2 cost of one corsage. I'll go somewhere else next year.
I am not normally one that complains but this is twice I have ordered from Walkers and been sorely disappointed in the arrangements...I came in yesterday between 4 & 5 and talk with gentleman telling him I wanted a bright arrangement for Get Well Soon..I even showed him an artificial arrange meant I liked and told him I didn't want anything quiet that expensive.but indicating I liked arrangement but wanted smaller and brighter arrangement. I ask if he had a book I might look at he said they didnt,which I thought unusal..Mig... read more
