I paid this florist $96.19 to deliver flowers to my mother for her birthday. The florist took my money but delivered absolutely nothing. When I called to ask why nothing was delivered, a woman told me “the address you gave us is outside of our delivery area.” Apparently the florist’s plan was to send the order to a different florist and have them create the bouquet and then deliver it . . . but this florist didn’t send the other to a different florist. I ordered beautiful flowers for my mother in laws 78th birthday and what I received had no color whatsoever. All green. Super disappointed.

George K Walker was responsible for my wedding flowers. We did in person designs and I took pictures for reference. Covid hit and the wedding date got pushed from April to August. The flowers were delivered and I seriously thought I received someone else's order. We based our wedding around Duke Blue and they had one flower that sold me on the entire arrangement. Husband purchased flowers from them twice. Within two days they were dead.

terrible experience never delivered the flowers I ordered could not get anyone on the phone there that didn't have a nasty attitude tried again later and got only a busy signal...during business hours stay away, far away

Worst experience ever on Valentine's Day. It doesn't matter if you place your order in advance for this important holiday. Placed my order well in advance of Valentine's Day for flowers to be delivered to my fiancé. We work at the same establishment and around 430 I was getting nervous. I called and talked with someone who was asking me questions and then hung up on me. I called back and talked to another person. Stay away from this place. I ordered an expensive valentines bouquet for my wife to be delivered and it still hasn’t shown up. It’s almost 7:00 pm. I’ve tried calling but have been hung up on mutliple times by an employee. I understand being busy and running into a problem or two, but let me know what’s going on. I provided my phone number with the order and they didn’t even bother to reach out to tell me it would be late or that there was an issue. What a terrible business. Ordered at 8:15 am for my wife at her work. The flowers were supposed to be delivered by 5:00 pm. Still not delivered at 6:30 and their phone lines have been busy since 5:00 pm or you get hung up on. Extremely poor customer service. I would give zero stars if possible.
