Needless to say it began as a good experience with sales consultant Delarian McCorvey turned to a nightmare with the finance manager. Thankfully Delarian saved the day with his excellent customer service skills and was the only reason Mary purchased a Toyota Camry from Bob Tyler Toyota. A 10 for Delarian who saved the day.
