RecommendedHad an appointment at 12:00 today for all around complete brakes . I arrived at 11:30. Left for lunch and tech knew I would be gone . I came back at 1:00 . Seen my van sitting in the back. Finally I went and asked for Tech @ 2;15. He said he had been to lunch too and my van was ready . Wish someone would have called me when Van was ready. Was told 2-3 hours.
