I had another lender, by advice of a college, that was unable to get the deal closed, I knew that Bob and his team were always great at solving problems and thinking outside of the box. What seemed impossible not only became possible but he even closed the deal I 3 weeks of getting the file... in this market? That is UNBELIEVABLE! I would recommend Bob and his team to anyone, they are a STAND OUt team.

It was somewhat of an arduous journey seeking out a mortgage during a pandemic and being self employed. There seemed like endless steps and never ending requests for more documentation. To his credit, Bob and his right hand man Jake, remained patient and encouraging even at the moments I wanted to bail on the process.
