I had another lender, by advice of a college, that was unable to get the deal closed, I knew that Bob and his team were always great at solving problems and thinking outside of the box. What seemed impossible not only became possible but he even closed the deal I 3 weeks of getting the file... in this market? That is UNBELIEVABLE!
