My realtor told Bob what our mission was, explained that we were out of state ready to purchase a home. Bob called right away retrieved all info needed from me and I was approved in an hour. Communication was clear and precise. Questions were answered and the process to secure the loan and close took 3 weeks. Im very satisfied with the service provided. We were on a mention. We were moving from out of state across country. Our realtor new what needed to be done and contacted Bob with VIP. We had to hurry to secure a home in this crazy market. Bob followed all procedures, communicated directly, and clear enough for me to understand the process to receive all info needed from me to secure the loan.
