I have used Bob and his team for a long time. I am a realtor here in the Phoenix, AZ. area, there are are certain people that you find in this buisness that a give superior service, most vendors that I have used will do a good job for awhile to get your buisness, but this team goes beyond and above my expectations every time, every transaction, year after year. I have seen Bob solve some problems that I thought were unsolvable, he has saved some deals for me that I thought could not be saved.
