The numbers on this survey don't go high enough to rate Bob/The Wasieko Team with VIP Mortgage. One on one communication and keeping all parties informed are Bob's specialty and his team does the same. Weekly updates, easy to navigate systems for Buyers to upload their documents, along with always quick responses to my questions and a bit of hand holding as well. 14 yrs since I've applied for a mortgage, first time on-line and I'm pleased to say that it has been a pleasure.
