In spite of a few minor roadblocks (that seemed major) and my nearly losing my mind and my cool because of "one more thing," that was really ten more things, Jake maintained professionalism and a level of compassion, one that I needed to keep my sanity. Jake was truly awesome and a pleasure to work with!
I have received mortgage funding from Bob twice now in the last two years. He is a real pro with a strong commitment to regular and thorough communication.
