Bob and his team succeeded where another (very capable) mtg loan officer failed to close my mtg refinance. They were professional, prompt and friendly, and push came shove - Bob wisely advised me to lock my rate only hours before it jumped significantly! I ended up with a much lower interest rate and knocked off $200.00 a month on my mortgage payment!
