Words cannot express how pleased I am with Bob his staff and Academy Mortgage. I applied for a VA benefit Mortgage as I am a widow of a disabled vet. Bob, Jake and the rest of the staff would not give up. I was ready to throw in the towel but the never gave up when most people would . They continued on and I am happy to say I will be closing on my home May 31.
Bob and his team were amazing! It was such a fast easy process! This was my first time purchasing a home and I had such a great experience! I was very nervous and it was a lot of information for a first time buyer but they really helped me understand every step! My parents were also impressed with their speed and communication! Robert and Jake were extremely helpful and guided me to get the best possible loan for my situation. They worked with me and were there to answer any and all questions I had.
