Bob was fantastic, he went above and beyond to make this deal work, in fact I don't believe we'd be in this home without him. He assisted in re instating my VA benefits, and did a great job of communicating the process. Academy has great tools for explaining very step of the process and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bob will definitely be invited to our welcome party once the move is complete.

I would never dream of going through a home buying/selling/refinancing experience without Bob Wasieko. He will hold your hand all the way through the process. He tells you exactly what you need to do to increase your credit score to where it needs to be for particular lending programs that will benefit the borrower. He catches issues immediately, and lets you know, so that they can be resolved prior to sending your file to underwriting. Thank you Bob!
