I'm male, 59, never sick and never have I had a need for a Doctor much less a surgery...I was facing something I had no experience with, no knowledge of and really didn't want to have done. I had surgery on January 14, 2022. Dr. Bobby repaired the tear I had in my bladder, and than he push the bladder back in place. Also, he put a mesh to hold the bladder in place. Because of his warm and gentle bedside manner, I would recommend him to any or anybody

Cancelled my appointment less than 2 days prior. It was difficult to schedule in the first place. They claimed they didn't receive the referral and my PCP had to re-fax it to them. Then they didn't call for a week. The first appointment was after 6 weeks. They first claimed they were 'undergoing management reorganization,' then that they 'never received authorization,' then finally that their practice had severed their relationship with my insurance. His New Patient Department phone line is a brick wall experience: nobody picks up the phone ever. A guitar music comes on and the hold is forever, as no person every picks up the phone. I waited yesterday until 4 pm, listening to the same guitar music for hours. Then, a voice message came on and asked me to leave a message. The first sign l had walking into his posh marble floored office and charged a $2 fee for using my debit card for my copay is this guy cheap. This was a first time in my life that happened with any doctor. When he felt my prostate he pushed so hard l was in pain. I came back to see him after my PSA test which was 3.8 a good number for a 73 year old man he tried making me feel worried and booked me for another PSA test and appointment. I visited Dr. Alexander as a follow up and with concern. He was very indifferent and unprofessional of my concern. He informed me that he can give me something for the discomfort but he needs to see the test results. The prescription was sent through the mail pharmacy vs the retail pharmacy. I would receive it within 7-10 business days. The office assured me that they will call me the next day with the test results and they never did.
