Dr. Bobby Alexander has been an excellent physician for my mother's kidney stone treatment. He's incredibly precise and thorough in his approach, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all our questions. My mom has felt well cared for throughout the process, and his attentiveness and expertise have really put our minds at ease. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring doctor.

I'm male, 59, never sick and never have I had a need for a Doctor much less a surgery...I was facing something I had no experience with, no knowledge of and really didn't want to have done. I had a life saving experience with Dr Alexander. I felt confident in his skills and his confident nature. Very experienced. Made the right decisions for me and I would highly recommend Dr. Alexander to anyone who wants to know they’re in good hands.
I had surgery on January 14, 2022. Dr. Bobby repaired the tear I had in my bladder, and than he push the bladder back in place. Also, he put a mesh to hold the bladder in place. Because of his warm and gentle bedside manner, I would recommend him to any or anybody
He's an ok Dr but he's not ok with everyone. He made it abundantly clear when he saw me that he didn't care for me. He also refused to talk to me about ED treatment. He actually said to me that most of the problems with ED are psychological and I should talk to my therapist about it. Excuse me? Half of his job is prescribing ED pills. And he pushed me off to my therapist. That was the last straw. I left never to go back. Please talk to me if you think this review is in error. It's the honest truth.
Cancelled my appointment less than 2 days prior. It was difficult to schedule in the first place. They claimed they didn't receive the referral and my PCP had to re-fax it to them. Then they didn't call for a week. The first appointment was after 6 weeks. They first claimed they were 'undergoing management reorganization,' then that they 'never received authorization,' then finally that their practice had severed their relationship with my insurance. His New Patient Department phone line is a brick wall experience: nobody picks up the phone ever. A guitar music comes on and the hold is forever, as no person every picks up the phone. I waited yesterday until 4 pm, listening to the same guitar music for hours. Then, a voice message came on and asked me to leave a message.
