The first sign l had walking into his posh marble floored office and charged a $2 fee for using my debit card for my copay is this guy cheap. This was a first time in my life that happened with any doctor. When he felt my prostate he pushed so hard l was in pain. I came back to see him after my PSA test which was 3.8 a good number for a 73 year old man he tried making me feel worried and booked me for another PSA test and appointment. I visited Dr. Alexander as a follow up and with concern. He was very indifferent and unprofessional of my concern. He informed me that he can give me something for the discomfort but he needs to see the test results. The prescription was sent through the mail pharmacy vs the retail pharmacy. I would receive it within 7-10 business days. The office assured me that they will call me the next day with the test results and they never did. I have been trying to get ahold of this clinic for 2-weeks now to obtain my father's medical records. I have called 4 times, and each time have sat on hold for >45 minutes before needing to hang up and tend to other tasks. No one has ever answered the phone nor is there a message machine for me to let them know I am calling.
Worst doctor-patient communication I have ever experienced.
I arrived at Bobby Alexander’s Urology practice at 1:00p for my appointment. Immediately in front of the waiting room window was an empty chair, in a 2nd chair to the left was an office assistant on the phone embroiled in a conversation.
