I have been trying to get ahold of this clinic for 2-weeks now to obtain my father's medical records. I have called 4 times, and each time have sat on hold for >45 minutes before needing to hang up and tend to other tasks. No one has ever answered the phone nor is there a message machine for me to let them know I am calling.
Worst doctor-patient communication I have ever experienced.
I arrived at Bobby Alexander’s Urology practice at 1:00p for my appointment. Immediately in front of the waiting room window was an empty chair, in a 2nd chair to the left was an office assistant on the phone embroiled in a conversation. I craned my neck and tried to make eye contact with the her because I wanted to use the bathroom, but no luck.
