it is difficult to know how to use the coupon- I ended up paying full price for a car wash

The voucher should have the pin #s for the car washes. Having to go inside everytime to get a pin number is a pain.
Only wish vacuuming was included with the wash--it's extra.
Provide a debit card vs going inside to get your card punched each time. Although I understand why you want the foot traffic inside the store.
No tips, very easy to use.
