Superb service.
I go to Bobby & Steve's a fair amount. The store is always clean, the cashiers and mechanics are always friendly and helpful. They run a great business.

The only improvement I'd suggest is to not make customers go inside to get a punch. That's annoying especially in the winter time.

Change their process so you get one code for the entire groupon. Also, the car wash is not that good.
