It was wonderful! Food & service outstanding. Very noisy but a good energy!
As many people have mentioned, this place is extremely noisy. Noisy to the point you have to scream at each other to have a conversation. At one point we literally could not hear our waitress and were practically reading her lips. It’s that loud in this place. We dined upstairs, which was nice. Excellent food served by very friendly "hip" staff. This place has a big city feel that's a little out of the ordinary for Sarasota. Our only complaint is that you have to practically shout to be heard because it gets REALLY LOUD when it's busy....which is pretty much all the time!
Fourth visit. Still enjoyable. Roasted oysters excellent as was the Kale Caesar. Shrimp and grits delicious but I liked the dish better when it had less sauce and you could really taste the grits. Cocktails were fabulous. Will return.
Excellent restaurant! Both the food and the service were top notch. We come from a big city and are often disappointed by restaurants in smaller cities. Boca could hold its own in New York, DC, Chicago, or L.A. It’s our own gem right here in Sarasota.
Great food and the atmosphere is really nice. They have something on the menu for everyone as well.
Great farm to table! Went for lunch & dinner while I was in the area. :)
fits in with the great downtown vibe--liked the idea of ordering something that was unknown and ended up with the best outer layer on chicken--plus the brussel sprouts were the best ever
