Great restaurant with great ambiance, and amazing locally sourced food.
Great food and attentive staff. Our waitress noticed my husband’s tuna was not cooked to his liking when she checked on us and very quickly resolved the situation. The hostess managed to accommodate us earlier than our reservation when we arrived earlier than we anticipated. Only problem was we did not receive our 100 points for the reservation.
Great bar with amazingly good food. The food choices were varied so everyone could find something they liked. The menu was a bit unusual - I had the staff choice which was a fabulous fish. The food is tasty, service is attentive without being over bearing and the music is nice. It's a bit noisy but we had a reservation and were seated on time. Would definately go back.
We had a reservation for 7:45 on Friday night for a downstairs table, when we arrived the hostess told us it would be a 20 min wait and offered us a table upstairs. Next time we will wait for table downstairs. Sitting upstairs is like being in a different restaurant. We have eaten here many times and will be back, but next time we will wait for table downstairs.
Far too noisy. Wine list is limited. Parking is not easy to find. The food is passable. Management was very concerned about a badly cooked entrée and acted immediately to rectify the problem to our satisfaction. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointment overall, and I probably would not return. The overall concept of a restaurant in a marketplace does not work here.
It's a real happening place . . . the bar especially. A little too noisy for my taste but not enough so that I wouldn't venture back.
Good food and service. Noise level is high.
I like the energetic vibe at Boca but it is really hard to hear to talk if you have more than four people or are seated downstairs. Food is generally very good but I find service to be hit or miss.
Boca-Sarasota is a great place for casual dining. We had reservations for 6PM and the downstairs tables were all full. The host took us upstairs and sat us at a small table at the top of the stairway. Bad news - all the waiters/waitresses breezing by with food and drink.
