Elaine was outstanding from day one. I had some difficult & odd circumstances with selling my house and under some emotional stress. Elaine was straight forward in telling me what repairs or renovations needed to be done to get the best possible selling price. She helped to find contractors and always kept in touch with me. She told me she had no doubt she’d have a buyer within 30 days of listing. Well I got my first bid the day of listing, Aug 7 and closed Aug 28! She is amazing!
