We were selling our rental home long distance and this is our first time selling. This was our second attempt on selling and we wanted somebody was highly motivated with experience. She was completely our eyes and ears in the entire process. She gave us great advice and was able to get things done. This was my first time looking for a home and I was lost near the beginning, but once I found Elaine she was ready to walk me through the steps and explain everything. Any questions or concerns I had were handled almost immediately. Elaine spent day and night working in securing my home even while problems arose with the other side. Even after the close out she’s still willing to help me with any needs I have. I’m ever grateful to have met and worked with her!

I first met Elaine in 1994 when she was referred to me by another soldier who worked with her. She found me the house that I lived in while stationed at Fort Stewart and rented out when I PCSd. Elaine went on to start her own business and unfortunately, the company managing my property did a poor job maintaining it. Once I found out their negligence, I transferred the account to Elaine. I used Elaine Boggs Realty Group (EBRG) as my property manager for nearly 4 years. After the first year I was frustrated and ready to do it all myself. It seemed like I was being nickel and dimed for for every little thing. Thankfully I didn't fire EBRG and over the next almost 3 years I learned more about being a landlord and all that is provided from a property manager. Elaine sold us our first home ever and made the process very easy. She was able to negotiate our offer to what we wanted and was very easy to get ahold of when we had questions.
