I was here years ago and the experience felt a bit more elevated. This time was good but definitely feels like the focus has shifted to flipping tables
Bond 45 was the best meal and service that we had in NYC. Highly recommend.
It was ok. The service was very good. My wife had prawn linguine and she thought it was good. I made the mistake of ordering a pizza. It did say “our famous thin base” on the menu but this was like a homemade pizza using a tortilla as the base. The pepperoni wasn’t of any great quality and was undercooked. The deserts were excellent.
Very expensive for wine and pizza. Never acknowledged the birthday at our table.

Again, the host was very nice and thanked me for my previous visit. Those things matter. They also seated me at my favorite booth. These are the details that set certain restaurants apart and make you want to come back over and over again. One surprise was the AMAZING minestrone soup. Great service and setting but the food just didn’t hit the mark. Scallops were cooked well but came out on a pile of risotto that was overcooked and sloppy. My wife’s steak frites was dry and slightly over, but the chimichuri saved it.

Visiting from out of town found Bond 45 through Open Table and made a reservation. We are so glad we did. We were seated promptly upon arrival, greeted warmly by our server and wait staff. Server asked us if we had time constraints or food allergies. We had show tickets but allowed enough time so as not to be rushed. Drinks, appetizer, main courses and dessert was well timed and delicious. Would surely recommend and visit again when in NYC!

Service was impeccable from beginning to end - very friendly, inviting and efficient Host, and wait staff. We of course were going to a broadway show, so time was a little limited, but left with ample time. The food was very good - a great meal before a show!
