We arrived about 10 minutes early and our table was ready for us! The wait staff was charming and attentive without being overly inquistive (More than 2 "How are we doing over heres" makes me nuts) The Nonni's short rib meatballs appetizer was divine and the chicken parm alle vodka was delicious. The experience was worth every penny paid!
The service was wonderful and it was very conveniently located for the theater we were coming from, but the food was just not very good, especially for the price. There were few vegetarian options aside from the antipasti, which was okay but nothing special. I ordered the cacio i pepe with fried artichokes, which were extremely tough, sharp, and difficult to chew or swallow. The pasta itself was poorly seasoned.
Not sure how I felt about the unisex bathroom. Overall the service and food was excellent
Our party of 6 were seated at a table which allowed us to enjoy our meals without having to raise our voices to have a conversation. The waiter was extremely professional and polite. He explained the specials in great detail and convinced 4 of our diners to order the surf and turf which was excellent.
Food is always amazing when we go. This has been our second time here for Valentines Day. We always try to experience a new restaurant but when all options fail this one never disappoints.
Best Italian Wedding Soup we have had. Steak and fries were great, but arrived a little cold. Cheesecake was delicious. Location was crowded and very busy (Valentine's Day). Definitely not for intimate meals.
We started with oyster on the half shell (tried both). Presentation and taste were wonderful. We ordered three dishes and all were delicious. The star standout was the sauce of the LINGUINE & WHITE CLAM SAUCE.
Good food. A good variety, but they do NOT substitute sauces or adjust based on preferences or alergies.
Bond 45 serves a mainly theater audience in the evening and they certainly know their stuff. They have always been able to serve and get you out in time for your curtain. The staff is friendly and attentive, and if you have a reservation you never have to wait to be seated. They ae also located right in the middle of the theater district so you are always close to where you are headed.
