Food is consistently good. Portion size more than ample. Service was OK. Better than most places during Covid. Tables too close together.
We have been coming here for years. Had an early reservation for the theater. Seated downstairs in a line with 4 other tables. No one else downstairs. Didn’t feel like dining, but a cattle call to get diners in and out. Wouldn’t recommend for pre-theater dining.
The food and service were excellent!
We purposely went on a Tuesday when Vince Giordano and the Nighthawks were playing downstairs and they were FABULOUS! Food was great but we stayed for hours as the music was so infectious.
Last night we went to Bond 45 to hear Vince Giordano and The Nighthawks. They play music from the '20s and '30s and they are fantastic. Imagine 11 superb musicians in tuxedos playing just a few feet away from your table as you enjoy a cocktail and very good pizza and other Italian dishes. All this for a small cover charge of $25 per person. Vince's music was featured in Boardwalk Empire, Cafe Society, Carol, The Aviator, and many more. Excellent food and service. Great value. Entrée and dessert were excellent.
In this area of the city for a show so the location perfect. Food was good, service ok Restaurant itself very nice Nice menu , not huge but nice variety. Tables are very close together .. Prices are a little high but it is in a prime location so understandable . All in all a good experience , we were there for brunch but might try dinner sometime if we are in the theater district again. If you’re looking for a nice restaurant close to theaters and Times Square this might be your place .
I was in town for a Broadway show. I made a reservation at Bond 45 for a birthday celebration. The food and service was exceptional. From the time we entered the premises until the time we left the staff attended to our needs every step of the way. Great atmosphere! Delicious Food, especially the garlic focaccia bread with prosciutto di parma. I recommend the homemade linguine with shrimp - amazing!
