We got into NY late due to a transportable issue. We called the restaurant as soon as we got in to town and told them we’d be about 15 minutes late. The receptionist was very cordial. We arrived to a very crowded restaurant. We were seated within 15 minutes. The ambiance is lovely. What beautiful decor! We explained that we needed to be served ASAP as our theater time was 7pm. It is hot in this restaurant especially downstairs.
I chose your restaurant because my sister and I had a show right across the street at the marquis theatre and we both have health issues with walking. You had a 4-5 star rating. We were seated promptly even a few minutes before our reservation. We both ordered drinks before ordering. My drink was great my sisters didn’t taste like what she ordered. We loved everything about the restaurant. We split the buratta salad - and then I had the bronzini and my husband had the scallops. Everything was excellent, especially the vegetables that came with the bronzini. My only regret is that we did not order the vegetable buffet as an entree. We will be back next time that we go to the theater in New York, however. Location was perfect for seeing a Broadway play.
It was an overall grand experience. The service was admirable and the delivery of food was quick. The food was very good and I would highly recommend. I want to go back and try the breakfast buffet.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and had a great dinner. A nice meal before a show.
