This is the facility that my mom stayed at a few years ago. My parents feel the two room apartments are a bit limited.

very nice facility. clean spacious rooms. numerous activities for residents. monthly calendar of activities/events. currently have 1 f/t live in staff. each room has patio or leads to garden area.

Price kept going up. Staffing a major problem. Mom did not get the level of care needed and promised. No, we would not recommend this community to other families unless management is improved.

This place is horrible, just stay away from this place , there is absolutely no compassion, no customer service, no responsibility, [name removed] seemed to be ok, but just a straight up liar, she will agree with you and promise to make sure everything will be good and it happens again, and again, and again. Though this reviewer has chosen to put our community in a negative light, we stand by the many other positive reviews. Our recommendation is always to do your own homework by visiting us, taking a tour, and making an informed decision.
I have nothing good to say about Pacifica Bonita- I moved after 3 weeks. First of all, they didn't have a bus for eight months when I moved in and the people were all complaining at the meeting. I was told that if I had to go to the doctor, I had to take a cab and then there's the food. The food was awful. They didn't have a good chef and I felt so sorry for the people that couldn't leave there. They're stuck in there cause they didn't have a relative to help him get out of there. We have conducted a comprehensive review of our staff training protocols and have implemented individualized care training. We are reinforcing our commitment to personalized attention for each resident.
This facility charges a diary class rate but is only providing my 94 year old mother with second class care. Many issues. Once the pandemic is over we plan to move mom Find another place for your loved one

I visited this facility and was not happy with the interview due to not being sure if only dad would need thier services or both of my parents. Both of my parents in the same room was not an option.
