This was a nice place. Worry about the lack of assistance here. Also the dog has no real place to go, no dog park.

very nice facility. clean spacious rooms. numerous activities for residents. monthly calendar of activities/events. currently have 1 f/t live in staff. each room has patio or leads to garden area.

Not a place that we will take my mom. The lobby looked worn, broken tile, pillows on chair dirty, cobwebs in windows. The room looked acceptable but the rest of the place was not.

Common areas of the facility are beautiful and well kept. However Assisted living rooms are not as well kept. - Unit was not fully inspected for cleanliness upon move it. Past tenants Items still remained in bathroom cabinet. -It took 4 weeks to fix television after inquiring day1. -It appears that staff is short handed

Overall we didn't find the facility terrible, but there was a lot of staff change and that affected the quality of care in assisted living and memory care. If it's the best you could afford it's ok. If you can afford better than go elsewhere.

Price kept going up. Staffing a major problem. Mom did not get the level of care needed and promised. No, we would not recommend this community to other families unless management is improved.

This place is horrible, just stay away from this place , there is absolutely no compassion, no customer service, no responsibility, [name removed] seemed to be ok, but just a straight up liar, she will agree with you and promise to make sure everything will be good and it happens again, and again, and again. I have nothing good to say about Pacifica Bonita- I moved after 3 weeks. First of all, they didn't have a bus for eight months when I moved in and the people were all complaining at the meeting. I was told that if I had to go to the doctor, I had to take a cab and then there's the food. The food was awful. They didn't have a good chef and I felt so sorry for the people that couldn't leave there. They're stuck in there cause they didn't have a relative to help him get out of there. This facility charges a diary class rate but is only providing my 94 year old mother with second class care. Many issues. Once the pandemic is over we plan to move mom Find another place for your loved one
