I came in on a weekend recently looking for Memory Care placement for my father. I didnt know what questions to ask or the process of moving a loved one into a retirement home. The Marketing Director knew a lot about Dementia that i was blown away. She went over everything step by step as well as provided us with paperwork for the doctor as well as additional resources to help with my dad. They dont have available rooms in the memory care right now but she still toured us and spent a great amount of time helping us. At the e... read more

Bonita Is doing amazing. The new Executive Director has already made so many positive changes in the past month. The community has great communication, dedication and team work. The Marketing Director hosted a wonderful Christmas party for the residents and families. It was the best event since my mom has been at Bonita. The Marketing Director is a jack of all trades and always so happy and pleasant to be around. I am happy I moved my mother into this community as she is socializing now and attending activities.

What a lovely experience .. the marketing director , [name removed] was so polite and so informative.. I left knowing and understanding so much more of Alzheimer’s and dementia.. And by the way the patients seemed so happy I know my mother will be well cared for. I have such a feeling of both relief and thankfulness.. the staff was friendly and working hard.. such a lovely facility

I came into Pacifica looking for a memory care short term stay for my mother. The sales director was very helpful and shared information about Dementia that gave me a better understanding what my mother is experiencing and gave me tips on how to care for my mother. The community seemed very well kept. When leaving my tour I was given cookies from the kitchen which were freshly baked.
