What a lovely experience .. the marketing director , [name removed] was so polite and so informative.. I left knowing and understanding so much more of Alzheimer’s and dementia.. And by the way the patients seemed so happy I know my mother will be well cared for. I have such a feeling of both relief and thankfulness.. the staff was friendly and working hard.. such a lovely facility
I came into Pacifica looking for a memory care short term stay for my mother. The sales director was very helpful and shared information about Dementia that gave me a better understanding what my mother is experiencing and gave me tips on how to care for my mother. The community seemed very well kept. When leaving my tour I was given cookies from the kitchen which were freshly baked.
I recently toured for my father, who is in need of assisted living. The marketing Director was very informative and helpful. The community is beautiful and very clean. Staff seemed very happy and and we’re all partaking in happy hour, dancing with the patients who live there.
The staff members are great except for [name removed] she receives a 2 out of 5 and the director receives a 3 out of 5. When it comes to the quality of care the staff members step up when they are pushed. The meals and dining service are very good at take care of what you need. We cannot rate the activities due to our loved one not being able to attend. I think they do a lot of great work, this is not an easy business.
The activities is pretty good. I picked this community because it was the least expensive, and it was a price that I liked. The organizational structure sometimes seems to be lacking.
The staff is always knowledgeable about each individual resident. They are always present. I would highly recommend Pacifica Senior Living Bonita to others.
They are very attentive. They were responsive to any issues, that I had. It's been a great experience. Overall, I would recommend to other families.
The facility has been under renovation so that affects the overall feel but the staff has been amazing. As s family member, I appreciate getting messages informing us of anything happening there.
I toured with Pacifica Senior Living Bonita and this was my 2nd favorite place. The rooms are a little bigger than where my loved one is at now and the grounds are just stunning.
