I thought the facility was nice. But it was considerably more expensive than the place we chose. Plus, their memory care was just a section of the building, and the facility seemed to be geared more toward assisted living. I felt a dedicated memory care facility would be better in my mom’s case.
I have already recommended Pacifica Senior Living to probably about 30 people. The facility is beautiful, it has 3 levels of care. The staff can not be nicer or more professional and friendly. The directors are totally approachable and helpful. It's a great place for Dad!
This community seems to be clean, safe and somewhat friendly. They have activities at this community like a wine and cheese activity on Tuesdays and I am looking for there to be more done at the community. I thought that they would go outdoors and more but I plan on reaching out to see if this is due to covid. The amenities are very nice and it is a great value, the dining room was shut down for some time due to covid but is back open now.
The community is friendly. The only problem that I have is they don't have one-on-one staff to take care of my loved one. My loved one has fallen several times and it would be nice for the staff to be able to watch my loved one closer. Due to the community not having the one-on-one care I am looking at other communities in the area.
This community was in the midst of changing over to new management. This made me a little nervous but they had good follow up and provided a lot of information during the tour. There was just another community that stood out more.
One thing that we noticed is that they did seem to be short staffed, especially during the night shifts to administer medications. I was very impressed with the amount of activities provided for the residents. I would give the food a five plus, I was here while he was eating and everything looked and smelled good, he was pleased with it. I would recommend them to others looking and already have.
This community was nice, it was a little old fashioned looking and it was also a little too far off locations wise. Also it was missing a lot of amenities that we were looking for and memory care was her only option
We chose Atria Bonita because we fell in love with the director, it was the perfect size, not too big but still has plenty of activities provided, and the friendliness of all of the staff members. She is in a shared room and it is a great size for her. It is an amazing value for the money. I would recommend to others looking.
