I requested a quote on new air conditioner and furnace. I had received a first quote from the guys in the pink truck and was astounded that the "deal" they offered was for $10,000. This prompted the call to Borders. Daniel Savage came out and told me I needed neither a new AC nor a new furnace. Let the AC serve me until it was dust and he informed me, the furnace was only 9 years old and certainly in no need to be replaced. These guys are awesome! I needed a stainless kitchen range vent cut down. They were my first call. The woman who answered said it was no problem and to bring it down after 3:30 when the guys came back from the field. Jeff cut my pieces by hand in about 20 minutes and they turned out great! Very quick, nice, and helpful!! I will definitely use them for my upcoming furnace replacement!

Called first thing this morning, as my AC died during a heat wave. Rhonda had technician Ben available and out before 10 A.M. After a quick fix and cleaning, my AC was up and running by 11 A.M. Thanks Ben and Rhonda!

This company is Awesome! They have come out a couple times and very impressed. Very professional. Called in last night and got a call right back from Tony and they were willing to come out and fix my condensation issue late in the evening. I had them out this morning and they not only got the work done, but helped clean up the water. Tony was great, asked him to wear a mask and he agreed right away with no issue. This company is as professional as they come. I have used their services twice thus far and will definitely utilize their services in the future. Both service technicians diagnosed our HVAC and furnace issues extremely fast. Money well spent. Repair costs very reasonable. I feel this company is trustworthy.

Thank you Ken Anderson for providing awesome heating, A/C and fireplace service. Our fireplace has never looked so good or functioned so well. We especially appreciated your strong work ethic and efforts to protect our flooring, keeping everything spotless while working. The local fishing tips were an added bonus. See you next year for our annual maintenance.
