Tim and Sally did an excellent job at our place, installing large A/C unit. They were professional and thorough, even staying at the end to make sure A/C unit was running as quietly as possible. Thanks!!
Furnace stopped heating over night. Early that morning I called Border AC & Heating before they opened. Their courteous answering service person assured me they would get my message. Matt was promptly sent over. I appreciated him for alerting me when he was on the way to my house. He was courteous and after some testing he found the control board had gone out. He was efficiently remedied the problem. I love doing business with Border AC & Heating!
So my mom hired this company about 20 years ago to put in our heat pump. They did a terrific job. Our heat pump and furnace, AC, everything works great. Their servicemen are friendly, very professional and do excellent work. Their routine service checks are great and we've always appreciated their excellent service. That being said, they outdid themselves in Dec 2025. Jeff, Tyler, Tim, Jake, Dan and Myron from BORDER Sheet Metal & Heating were great! Their rep came out last fall and gave us a reasonable quote for mini splits, which we scheduled to do in the Spring. They came out this morning, did the install and were finished in just a few hours. Their work was excellent - they were efficient, precise and were extremely careful and conscientious about working on our 1946 family cabin.
