Excellent service by technician Ben Carlson. Ben replaced a defective condensate pump and performed annual maintenance, UV furnace filter and humidifier pad on our system in a professional and timely manner. Ben took the time to explain what procedures he performed and why they needed to be done. He also answered all of our questions in an honest and straightforward manner. 100% satisfied with both Ben Carlson and Border Sheet Metal and Heating.
Borders installed our heating system last year and we added Air conditioning. They handled the installation great. We appreciate Borders as our trusted HVAC company.
The technician, Ben was fantastic. He knew exactly what was wrong with my A/C unit, fixed it really fast. Very knowledable and skilled, and trustworthy. I’ll use these folks again when anything goes wrong!
Furnace stopped heating over night. Early that morning I called Border AC & Heating before they opened. Their courteous answering service person assured me they would get my message. Matt was promptly sent over. I appreciated him for alerting me when he was on the way to my house. He was courteous and after some testing he found the control board had gone out. He was efficiently remedied the problem. I love doing business with Border AC & Heating!
Yesterday I woke up with a code on my thermostat. I called first thing when Border Sheet Metal opened. About 1 1/2 hours later Ben shows up yo fix the problem. Talk about speedy service!! Ben was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He fixed the problem and was very nice. I recommend Borders Sheet Metal to anyone and I will always use them to service my HVAC
