Furnace stopped heating over night. Early that morning I called Border AC & Heating before they opened. Their courteous answering service person assured me they would get my message. Matt was promptly sent over. I appreciated him for alerting me when he was on the way to my house. He was courteous and after some testing he found the control board had gone out. He was efficiently remedied the problem. I love doing business with Border AC & Heating!
So my mom hired this company about 20 years ago to put in our heat pump. They did a terrific job. Our heat pump and furnace, AC, everything works great. Their servicemen are friendly, very professional and do excellent work. Their routine service checks are great and we've always appreciated their excellent service. That being said, they outdid themselves in Dec 2025. During my furnace failure Border Sheet Metal came to the rescue and replace my equipment in a few days. The install crew was on time and very professional. The finished job is professionally done and the crew very customer oriented. Well done Roy Newton
The Borders staff is always so pleasant, quick to answer the phone, and quick to resolve any issues I might be having. This morning Logan was here to do my annual maintenance. He was so personable, so professional, on time, and even has a very pleasant voice I could hear as he was working on the furnace. I am so thankful for this great company and all who work for them!
From the time I called Border they were very polite and promt in responing to what I needed done with our furnace. They order the part which came in quickly, not weeks later. The technician Ben was very polite and respectful. He was promtply on time and did the job in a very reasonable time. Very impressed with this company.
