Tim and Sally, our installers, were fantastic! They were knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything very clearly. Matt's estimate laid out two different options so we could choose exactly what we wanted. Merry got us scheduled within one week. All in all the experience was excellent. I highly recommend Border - they are the best!

I don’t know all the technical terms, but our water heater failed. We called Border and Yvonne scheduled someone very quickly. Ben was able to assess the problem and within the same day we had our water heater replaced! Logan and Tony replaced it and did great work. I especially want to thank Lea Ann for her helping us identify the right replacement for our needs. I highly recommend the team at Border, they were professional, knowledgeable, and provided great service!

I hired Border Sheet Metal to add ducting, a heat pump, and a gas furnace to my 1980's rambler on slab. It only had cadet heaters and that was not cutting it. The job was laborious and tedious and they handled it with care and professionalism. They arrived on time, worked very hard in the heat, were respectful of my property, my cats, and kept the place as clean as can be for an attic install with blown in insulation. I recently had border Sheet Metal and Heating, replace my gas furnace with a new gas furnace and air conditioner. Also put in a mini split in my garage. I’ve been using Border for over 25 years now and they do a great job. They clean up behind themselves and they do the job right the first time I would recommend them to anyone. Estimator did an excellent job. He researched options when I mentioned we were Costco members, and found us a Spring promotion for a Costco debit card. The installation crew (Tim, Dave and Jake) were professional and courteous. This upgrade was an easy one day process. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the entire team at Border Sheet Metal - thanks!
