From start to finish my experience for my standby generator installation was a pleasure. Mike Holmes started it by switching my Generac mentality to a Briggs & Stratton with a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Then it was Roger and Coco for the Generator and electrical box installation that did clean, phenomenal work. Bo's installed our generator, Transfer switch and multiple gas lines. They were amazing and the installation team was second to none. Roger and Coco our electricians, were fast and courteous and knew what they were doing. Tom made the gas install look simple and Bob and the rest of the crew made sure the area was cleaned up afterwards,. Dario has also been amazing with constant updates and accurate information. We have been clients of Bo’s for years and happy with their service. They have been bought out and the last three interactions we had with them have been horrible. They were supposed to replace a line from the propane tank to the house. The underground people were four hours late showing up, supposed to put everything back to the way it was. they covered it over with mulch and didn’t replace any of the dirt over the ditches they dug the ground was totally uneven. After taking 3 estimates I chose Bo’s. Best choice, Veteran owned. Briggs and Stratton have always been reliable engines. Salesman Frank was just great explaining and working with me. Permitting went smooth and work started quickly after. Roger and Coco began the electrical work. What a great team they make. Answered all questions and were professional and courteous.
