We had Bose electric and generators come out and install a whole home standby generator Roger the electrician gave me a call Knight before they showed up on time and did a nice job installing the generator. Roger and Coco were the electricians on the job site. They went over everything and answered all my questions and concerns. We had a Briggs and Straton generator installed today by Bo's Electric. The crew did an excellent job! Headed up by Roger lead electrician and Coco electrician installed the unit. They showed up on time and finished the job perfectly and cleaned up after them selves. They explained all the details about the generator. Then Neptali gas technician and his helper Shawn installed the LP tank and hooked up the gas lines. Even the guy that dug the hole for the LP tank did a great job. Can't say enough about the installation crew Roge and Coco showed up as promised, on time! Roger fully explained the entire process not only what he and Coco were doing also what expect when the new crew would do when they showed up. "Run" these guys are terrible, no communication, rude. Don't pick up permits and start things without final inspections. Ignore phone calls and install not per electrical and City code.
We have lived on Sanibel Island for eight years and purchased a generator and a service contract from Bo's Electric and it's by far the best decision we have ever made! Bo's was there after every hurricane and took care of servicing our generator which, after Hurricane Ian was water-logged. Their technicians are first rate, their service is first rate, the quality is first rate, and their responsiveness is 5-stars all the way. Run don't use them, They had price a generator and come to find out it would not even work in the location they selected because it would blow hot exhaust right into the air conditioner. To make matters worse the guy was arrogant as hell. I told them to find another location and call me back. No call in 2 months and we haven't even gotten our deposit back. We will have to take them to court because they breached the agreement. Absolutely a horrible company at least the team that worked with us.
Very happy using Bo’s electric for the installation of my Generac generator. Electricians were respectful great communicators and did a great job. Ask for Roger and Coco electricians to do your work.

I signed a contract with Bo's in September of 23. They informed me, it would take time for permits to be issued and it should take between 60 - 90 days. my install started on 1/22 and finished today 2/9/24. although I had concerns about scheduling and timing, the people employed by Bo's far out weighed my concerns. Roger and helper were here first, Roger is the electrician, he was a wealth of knowledge and skill, I was amazed how fast he did his work. Roger and Coco did the electrical installation of my Briggs and Stratton home backup generator. They completed the install in one day. It was a very clean installation. Brandon handled the propane hookup and he also did a beautiful clean install. I am very happy with what they did.
