Steve was great. Really helpful, and concerned. Fan was broken, so called in to see if they could find a fan replacement. Unfortunately, the retailer no longer manufactured them.
Everyone from the initial signup person through the delivery and maintenance people have all been extremely helpful and friendly.
My wife had gone up to our 2nd home in Preston Hollow and when she turned on the water which was turned off 2 of the valves were open and began spilling water. I had recently had my air handler repaired and had left both valves open. The service desk that answered my call was on it quickly. A service tech arrived within 1 hr and made all the needed connections. Thanks.

My service was my yearly furnace cleaning and Joe (326) was so professional, pleasant, and polite. I had various questions about semi related things, and he patiently answered all of them. Very positive experience with Bottini because of Joe :)
