This company has A+ customer service! I was having an issue with my gas fireplace and called for service. and Matt Feldman put Tavanda Mosely on the case! Before I knew it, I was scheduled for a service call that afternoon! Whoever heard of getting service the SAME day as the service call? Hats off to Matt, Tavanda and the tech team who were so responsive, courteous and efficient. Go Team Bottini!
Recently had Bottini replace an oil fired hot water heater. Service appointment was delayed several hours. When tech arrived he really knew what to do and some time later we had hot water service restored. The fine tuning took place several days later. Tech arrived exactly at the scheduled time and everything is performing.
Great company that takes customer service very seriously and moves quickly to solve issues
Our old (30+ yr) furnace was in the process of dying. Not only did Bottini respond quickly to keep us running as it failed, they provided excellent service in speccing out and emergency scheduling a new install!

Terrible
My initial contact w/Bottini was to have my tank(struck by a falling tree) destroying the cap and rearranging the co/per tubing underneath. The tank was knocked out of a verticle position which I resolved myself. The service pereson that came out claimed that he righted the tank, when all that he did was stick another block under the tank. It didn't even touch the tank.
