Incedibly fast response and oil burner repair. Very professional, NO nonsense
First service man complained because we have a crawl space. Although he cleaned a part the next day our heat did not kick on again. A different service man came and cleaned a different part. The heat stayed on the next 2 weeks as we waited for the scheduled cleaning. Turned out first service man came to do the cleaning. He complained the stating "if I knew I was coming back here I would have called out sick"

The tech's name on the service sheet starts with CHR but I can not read the rest. He was courteous and diagnosed the problem quickly. Then he spent the time to make sure the problem was fixed. He explained everything to me and told me what to look for if the problem recurred. I was very pleased with his service.
John Hughes was great opening a second account for me with a great price. Very professional and straightforward. I would recommend to at least talk to Bottini before signing up with someone else.
I've been a customer for many years and had an issue with my gas fireplace. Three employees came out trying to help me with it (they don't work on them). I had the pleasure of meeting Joey, Jerry and Joe on separate occasions and after ordered the parts (the company wouldn't sell them to Bottini) it is now working.
