The Bottini technician arrived on time and performed his evaluation of my furnace and AC unit with care and diligence. He was courteous and helpful; he was knowledgeable and seemed to know the answers to all my questions.
I had my service terminated because the house was sold. The man who came to do the final readings was friendly and did a good job. I don't know his name.

Bottini once again did an excellent job in servicing my boiler. Last year, the technician finally replaced the ignition coil, and the furnace has been starting and running fine ever since. Prior to this change, I would have to reset the burner every few days when it failed to light.
