Bottini Fuel is reliable, community-centered, and very focused on professionalism and deliveries on time for members who live locally and often have to contend with harsh winters and other natural or societal constraints. They have built on price transparency measures, and care about their customers and their community. My only suggestion is to offer more flexible minimums for fuel delivery for these times, and moving forward. We joined Bottini Fuel a little over a year ago. We are part of a group account. So far we have been very pleased with their service. We have had to have two separate repairs, both times the techs were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. When we call for any reason, the staff have been very pleasant, courteous and professional during our phone conversations.
