RecommendedOur technician was Dimitri, he was prompt and very knowledgeable.He diagnosed the freezer ice build up as a bad gasket and solved that problem. Our ice maker was over flowing the ice tray and he replaced it with a new unit . That evidently wasn’t the total issue as we continued to have a problem. Bozeman was nice enough to send him back out at no charge to us . It seems the problem is in the regulatory water valve that measure the amount of water feeding the ice tray . Thank you Bozeman for all your help !

RecommendedWe contacted them on Monday and they were courteous and came out promptly. Had to come a second time to check some other things and stayed late until the problem was solved Would recommend them to anyone . Can’t express enough the courtesy and care. Should you need service don’t hesitate to call them. They were so professional from the start to completion. And my initial estimate never changed. Can’t say enough good things about this company. No doubt they prevented us from having to purchase a new refrigerator
