Terrible. Complete misdiagnosis. Tried to charge us $680 for a new computer board for our refrigerator. Clearly didn’t do that as technician was shady. Had much better competitor come next day and fix a clogged drain for $150. These people have no idea what they are doing and went for a most expensive solve that wouldn’t have fixed the issue. Stay far away
I should have known better! I was told one thing then got totally the opposite. Who would pay $400 for a broken dryer knob?! Clearly someone who didn’t look up the cost off the broken part or call around to other repair shops! Just because I wanted it repaired today does not mean try to rip me off! Super disappointed. As a small business owner I would never try to run some scam on someone ! Especially dryer repair! Lesson learned! Thanks for nothing! Hot garbage

Made appt on 12/12 for 12/17 10-12 time slot. They sent confirmation and changed time to 4-6 without first checking to see if that would work. Came home early from work to accommodate their change and their repair person Pavlo never showed up. No phone calls from them. I called on 12/18 to advise them and was told they would have to call me back after investigating. Poor customer communication on their part.

Definitely not accredited with BBB. Beware they ripped me off and when trying to make it right and issue a partial refund their company doesn't issue check. Be very aware and go elsewhere

Worse service ever dont trust this company they charged us 315 for freezer liquid or whatever and then told us they were going to come back to fix other issue on Tuesday something happened and he said the part was not there or broken mention that the freezer was still not working asked for him to come see it and he said Thursday when he gets the part. Trash service. My kenmore elite refridgerator does not work. A technician who does not speak English came. I showed him error Code ER RF which should be a fan issue. They charged me 350 to replace the fan. Instead he replaced the FREEZER fan. 3 hours after he left, the same issue happens again.
they came to my home last Monday 7/8/24 to fix a leak under the washing machine. The technician was very nice fixed the issue. Used the washing machine a couple of times. Saturday 7/12/24 used the washing machine and it was water everywhere and now the washing machine will not even power on. It is clothes stuck in the machine. This was around 7pm.
