We had a great experience with Harmony Home Lending, in particular, Brad Dusek. He worked around the clock for us and answered any and all questions we had. He is a great representative for the company and we highly reccomend him!
This is my second experience with Brad and team and the thing I appreciate most is the amount of confidence they provide by presenting reliable information for decision making. And multiple iterations of the information based on requested circumstances without allowing for an unsupportable option to slip through.
The whole team was very helpful during our whole process. Brad was especially helpful with great communication, availability, and quick responses. He worked the numbers for us multiple times and is very, very knowledgeable. We certainly appreciated his hard work and expertise, as well as the rest of the team. We had a great experience.

I felt like the rate was above a market rate. Incentives were good to use them because they were the preferred lender. What was suggested to me as far as how to use my incentives was not in my best interest at all. Seemed like they were hoping for an ignorant first time buyer to take advantage of. That being said once we made a deal and negotiated they went the extra mile to honor it and they were helpful at the actual closing.
