Great experience with Harmony Home Lending. I told them I needed to close in 3 weeks snd they made it happen! Brad Dusek was exceptional in his responsiveness, follow through, and assistance in getting things done promptly and efficiently. These people are the absolute best to deal with.
Brad and Aubrey got the job done! We had an unexpected situation come up about the time we went to sell our townhome. Long story short, we weren't able to list when we were planning. Brad helped us crunch the numbers to figure out a plan B for a down payment. We had some weird circumstances, but Brad and Aubrey worked hard to walk us through all the steps. We are in our new home so no complaints. Many thanks!
Be more informative about the process. The closing wasn’t the best, a lot of information was left out, about how the money would come to me.other than that it was fine.
