My one year old pup died under their care. They waited too long to perform potential life saving procedures, resulting in my pup suffering terribly for five days and ultimately dying because of it. The delay of several days made recovery an impossibility. To add insult to injury, I was still required to pay the remaining hundreds of dollars (after insurance) for treatment that did nothing to solve the actual problem. I will be finding another veterinary clinic for my other two dogs. Bradford Park has lost my trust.

I'll tell you why I'm unimpressed with this clinic. FHO and CCL surgery should be done by a "boarded" surgeon, not just anyone that thinks they can do a proper surgery. this hospital will not tell you this- it's all about the money and not what's best for the pet

At first they seem very friendly and know what they're doing, but after two very bad experiences with the staff. I am looking for another vet. First, on Wednesday I called needing medicine. I was told they would call me back, they did not. On Friday, I called again stating that I only had one dose left, I was told she would check into it and call me back. I NEVER got a call back. Monday I called again and was told it was ready for pick up on Friday. Smh Next, I went Monday to get the meds. That's when I got charged ... read more

Bradford park was always our go to recommendation until the last few weeks it’s become clear their idea of client care has changed. We came in Tuesday knowing our dogs were exposed pretty heavily to kennel cough asking if we could either be seen or get some medication or do anything to be proactive. We were told that no we had to wait until they became symptomatic because putting them on antibiotics or seeing them before hand was “dumb and pointless” we felt we were being blown off but obliged with the understanding that onc... read more

We are not pleased with new management! We recently made an appointment with our Vet for the following week. When we arrived we had a Dr we had never seen. No explanation or phone call advising us of this change. I finally ask where our Dr was and the answers given were vague to say the least! Our “new” doctor does not return phone calls in a timely manner either. At one time, this was absolutely the best clinic in our area. Dr Sifferman ran the clinic and had the very best equipment and drs in this area. Unfortunate... read more

While they do a good job treating animals the communication is piss poor. How hard is it to return a phone call?? We have spent thousands of dollars at this clinic and you don’t even have the courtesy to return a phone call when it has to do with one of the pets we take to you.

Bradford Park Veterinary Hospital could improve by not aiding and supporting the thief of my service dog. Microchip fraud was also perpetrated by the thief. All this has been reported with proof of ownership to the Hospital and the Sheriff's Department. Instead of helping the real owner, they are aiding the thief.

I was referred by cobblestone in nixa, as they could not answer a single question I asked after spending $400 with them. So I came here. After spending almost $900 on an x ray and a couple blood test they didn't have a clue. $900 and I was only there maybe an hour and got nowhere. So they gave me some pills and said she'll be fine. She didn't even make it through the night. I just wanted honesty, if she needed to be put to sleep than just tell me. Don't make peoples animals suffer so you can charge more money. They 100% put ... read more

I'm sure alot of you have had good experience with Bradford Park Vetenarian, but I would not go there again if they paid me. My first dog "Sissy" died of liver disease but they took alot of money from us beforehand, not letting us know the future possible outcome, then there's "Georgie" where we have invested 2,127.68 dollars on surgery on both back legs not including prescriptions and follow-up. Well she had surgery on her right leg on 3/1/2017 then left leg on 6/23/2017. Her left leg is shit, there's day's she's fine and d... read more
