Called Bradford Park this afternoon with a prescription for my cat who is in extreme pain and very sick, I've been up with him for over 24 hours and was very abruptly and rudely hung up on. When I called back and said, "Hey, you hung up on me, my cat is very sick and I need this medicine." I was immediately put on hold and left there for ten minutes, I eventually hung up myself. I sat waiting in the waiting room for over an hour past my scheduled appointent time. At one point, I got up and told the receptionist that I had been waiting for a very long time. She then told me that my vet had had an emergency come in and was running behind (why didn't they tell me this when I checked in or at any point I was sitting there for a very long time?)
