Extremely disappointing customer service. I sadly no longer true my dog at this vet. Especially when they tried to re-quote me $20 highers when I took off $60+ off in services.

Neglectful of the animals in their care.
I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GET A WELLNESS PLAN FOR THEIR BELOVED PET. THEY DO NOT COVER 99% of what they say they cover. I went I to get my 6year old sons first kitten neutered and it ended up costing me almost $1200. They charged me for a Spay and a Neuter, FOR ONE MALE KITTEN and numerous other charges for procedures I DID NOT ASK FOR. The staff is rude and extremely unhelpful. If you love your pets DO NOT BRING THEM THERE!
Took my kitty there after a serious injury that needed immediate attention. Dropped her off at 9 and didn't hear anything back until almost 3. Called back at 4:45 to ask for an update and they didn't have one, just told me to come and pick her up before 5:45. Went to get her and they were saying that she was still sedated and that she would sleep good that night, but then I was told that the Dr wanted to talk to me. Our little shih tzu was attacked by an animal and had a softball size wound on her and after suffering for hours already before being found we had brought her to brady vet as an emergency because they are the closest and since we hadn’t been a patient there for many years (because their service has been terrible in the past) they wouldn’t help her. My dad had to drive her all the way to Tacoma just so they could put her to sleep. Horrible service.
Awesome vets. 3 days on antibiotics and Dozer is a happy Newfie no longer peeing on the floor!!WooHoo!

We have been an established lifelong clients for years!!! Yesterday our bloodhound needed to be seen for an open pyometra and needed to be spayed I knew this have had this happen before!!! The very RUDE lady at the front desk said they were to busy and couldn't get her in!! I said she really needs to be seen and she said take to to the ER vet in Olympia!!
