brought our dog in because she had thrown up and was super lethargic and not feeling well so we were worried she got into something that was possibly toxic and all the local vets were closed so we called the emergency number and they had a vet meet us and see our dog and the vet was super friendly and helpful and made sure our dog was alright so a big thank you for that

Extremely disappointed with farm call service. There is no way I will be hauling my 34 year old horse in. Or will I EVER use them again. Total BS.

I called today to check on pricing for vaccinations. The receptionist spoke to found to be very snarky. When I asked about the lepto (I mentioned first, the receptionist did not) I said I didn't think I needed that vaccination as my dogs aren't outside for long periods of time and having had this vaccination before with my pets my previous vet said it is more for animals that would come into contact with more wildlife. The receptionist comment to me was "your dogs never go outside"? I found this very sarcastic and rude... read more

We brought our kitty in (we are from out of state) they got her in right away to find out she had gotten into something 'caustic' either electrical or chemical burn of some kind. (Very strange) but they treated her with antibiotics and pain & swelling medication and now she is back to eating and grooming herself. They got us in and out in about an hour (brand new client) I called other places and they said no one in the area would take a new client on such a short notice. Thank you Brady Vet Hospital !!! <3

Front desk needs to be trained better on what animals are acceptable...

Business response:

It could be that you have mistaken our Vet Hospital for another. Our office calls are not $53 dollars and while we will do very simple things for "exotics" such as teeth trimming on a domestic rabbit we do not see sugar gliders, ferrets, hamsters or anything of the like. There are other hospitals/veterinarians that have amazing expertise when it comes to these exotics and we humbly refer them on. Again. We are very sorry if we did indeed misinform you but it's sounding more and more like a case of mistaken identity. Im very ... read more

what the dog get sick after hrs. what do you do.my dog is sick it might die.

Business response:

At Brady Veterinary Hospital, we have a doctor on call for our established clients. I know how scary it can be when you pet is ill, and you are looking for help. I see that your dog was seen by our hospital last night. That must have been after you posted this to Facebook. If any of our clients are in need after hours, all they have to do is call 249-3700, the doctor will be paged, and they will call you back as soon as they can. There are also 2 emergency clinics in Olympia that are open 24 hours a day, if someone heeds hel... read more

This place is despicable. One of our horses escaped and got hit on the road last night. We were desperately looking for someone to come out and put him at peace. But, they wouldn't come out because we weren't established clients. The fact we literally lived a mile a way didn't matter to them. I myself I work in the veterinary field and to know that a vet clinic like this exists that only cares about the money makes me sick. How can you turn away people with a suffering animal that is literally right by your clinic and even t... read more

Business response:

Kirsten, we are very distressed over the situation at hand and are looking into how this miscommunication came to be. Regardless of whether or not someone is a client, we accept all large animals and take pride in the exceptional and compassionate care we are able to offer. Clearly, a tragic mistake has occurred and while we cannot take back what has happened, we sincerely apologize to you and your family and will do everything in our power to make this right. We unfortunately do not have the information to contact you direc... read more

A positively shameful response to the emergency request of the Arrington family. Their horse desperately needed a compassionate euthanasia but since they were not established clients (they had recently relocated to the town and hadn't needed a vet yet) the "doctor" couldn't be bothered. It's not as if they were asking for flea treatment at 9pm, they needed help. Immediately. Any vet that can't see past the fear of not getting paid by answering a non clients cry for help shouldn't be in the business. Shame on you.

Business response:

Lisa, we respect your concern for the situation at hand and as animal lovers and pet owners ourselves, we understand how you are feeling. Unfortunately, while we cannot change the fact that a miscommunication occurred, we can assure you that we are going to make sure this never happens again and will do our best to amend the situation. Our doctors and staff are compassionate and caring people who have dedicated their time to helping animals and we will work hard to make sure that fact is conveyed in future care and communica... read more

Just wanna give a shout out to Brady Vet for their professionalism. By the way, that was dripping with sarcasm. My daughters horse got hit by a car and needed to be euthanised. We live less than 2 miles from the clinic and they couldn't be bothered to make an emergency farm call, even with cash up front, becaue we weren't established clients. Well, Brady Vet, you are clearly in the business for the wrong reasons. You can rest assured I will do plenty of free advertising for you.

Business response:

Carrie, I am so sorry that we were unable to assist you during your time of need. Our hospital accepts all large animals, regardless of whether or not you are an established client, so this is a terrible case of miscommunication that I can assure you we are looking into internally. We know this doesn’t take away the pain you are feeling, but we are truly dedicated to fixing what we can. I would greatly appreciate you giving us a call at your earliest convenience at 360-249-3700 so that I may address your concerns in more det... read more
