A great buying experience. No pressure and the team was very helpful and made us very comfortable with our decision. The smaller dealership and great staff made us feel appreciated and valuable customers.

WOW lovely sales team. ... Mat was an extremely helpful, and assisted me in every possible way. I would suggest his name to all my friends. very customer friendly and helpful and suggestive. he even took the initiative to wait for me to come after his days work.... even the lady at the customer service was very at tentative.

The experience was great. The vehicle selection is of very high quality. The entire team was very professional and helpful. They helped me narrow down my selection and found me the vehicle that would work for me. I am very satisfied with the experience, would gladly recommend friends and family to by from Bramgate VW.
Financing a vehicle with this dealership created some issues. Was promised that my rate would be locked in but when the vehicle arrived that was not the case.
