Friendly staff. Jenna and Ali were very helpful and professional throughout the entire experience. The experience was stress free and easy. I’m very satisfied with the service that I received. The only complaint that I have was in regards to the detail job on the purchased vehicle. My vehicle was poorly cleaned, my expectations in this regard were already very low and somehow it was still disappointing. I suggest a quality check for future customers of yours…

Jenna is amazing! So honest, personable and kind. I would go to her again in the future. She made the process very seamless. Genuinely felt like a friend was selling the car to me and answered every question I had with certainty and/or some humour :)

Mickey and Chris went above and beyond to make my deal happen…even with. Assigned Covid delays I was able to get updates from the sales team through the wait Once the car arrived extra effort was made to finalize the deal…..they even called me the day after an agreed upon payment to inform me they found a better rate to save me a few extra bucks a month….this was my 5th VW from them…I will of course go back
