Last Fall we made an appointment for our 13+ year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever with Dr. Charlotte Haire at Brandon Lakes Animal Hospital. She had been having some significant health problems with Hip Dysplasia, Incontinence, and Digestive Issues. When we told Dr. Haire of our decision, she said she agreed, and supported our plan. We started going to BLAH a little over a year ago and it has been the best decision we could’ve made for our pups. Dr. Haire and the nurses on staff are kind, professional, and caring. When we had to take one of our dogs into Blue Pearl ER for a sprain, they called just to ask how he was doing. Most recently, our sweet girl Callie was diagnosed with soft tissue sarcoma on her foot. Dr. Haire and her nurses biopsied the tumor and referred us to Fetch Cancer Center where we unfortunately found out that our girl’s leg would hav... read more

Great, professional, caring and friendly staff!!! Clean facility. My dog had a trauma issue that made him anxious and a little skittish during his annual visit. He has always enjoyed going to vet and being loved in by staff, wasn't scared of anything. just give me some treats and I'm good, so what you want. The vet and staff members were very patient and considerate of my dog's anxiety. Hopefully, I can build his confidence and trust back up, but happy that they understood the situation and accommodated his anxiousness. ... read more
