My puppies have been going there for the last 6 months and the staff and their Dr. Ashley Craver are amazing! Clean environment very friendly and very quick to response to any questions you have with your pets! The minute you walk in whether it’s your first time or you are a client the welcoming feeling doesn’t change. I cannot put into words how grateful I am to have found Dr. Craver! Everyone was so kind, and they worked us in same day. Gus has some very serious health issues and she couldn’t have been more sympathetic! I was distraught and she was so patient! Even though we were worked in, she spent over an hour with us trying to explain everything and answering every question I had. You can feel that she genuinely cares! I am just beyond grateful! Thank you Dr. Craver!!!!
We just moved to the area from SD. Our baby bully Lola had fallen ill creating anx to find and trust not only the veterinarian but the entire clinical team. I called immediately Friday am and they were able to accommodate Lola despite having a full schedule already. The moment Dr. Heppner walked into the exam room with her smile and showed genuine kindness to Lola & us, we knew Lola was in good hands.
