I saw their new vet, Dr. Julie King, and really liked her. She is willing to listen to your concerns, explains things in full, and we came to a mutual agreement on how to treat my dog. 4 paws up for Dr. Julie!!

I have been taking my pets to this vet for 5 years. Never once have I had an issue with staff or a doctor. They have always been very helpful and taken care of what my pets needed. For instance today they had no appointments available, but had drop off times. I was able to get my cat in, get her eyes checked, and picked her up with medication a couple hours later. Terri, Heather, Laura, and Laci have always been very kind and helpful to do what they can to help us. Although I didn't see Dr. Ewert, I know he took good care of... read more

I'd like to thank Dr. Ewert and the staff at Branson Veterinary Hospital for being so wonderful during my Marshall's last few weeks. Everyone there showed such compassion and sympathy and made it known that they were available anytime while we were still hoping for a recovery. They made a very hard journey just a little easier to bear, and Jessica and I will always be grateful to them.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. The way Dr K... treated our dog and us was cruel and inhumane! My parents, who are in their 80's moved here and had been going to this vet in the last year to care for their elderly dog, the love of their life, a Cockapoo they had for over 17 years. I too have been to this vet with my parents as this was our family dog. As many pet owners know, our pets are family to us, especially when they are older you care for them like it's a child. And, especially for older people, it is the center of their... read more

NOT a veterinarian Hospital. You must have an appointment for your urgently sick pet to be seen, which is the opposite of how hospitals do business. Don’t advertise yourself as a hospital if you turn away pets an HOUR BEFORE YOU CLOSE. I guess you’re Friday evening dinner plans were more important than the well being of my pet. Please change the name of your business to “Branson Vet Selective Care”, with tagline, “We only see urgent pets if you arrive at least 3 hours prior to closing, and then it really depends on our moo... read more

I do not recommend this place. We took our 13 year old Akita mix and 13 year old lab mix for lab work and nail trims. We just moved to area and needed a new vet. We specifically told them the Akita needed to be fully sedated to trim his nails. We know from past experience. When my wife picked the dogs up, our Akita was showing signs of being traumatized. They did not sedate him to do his nails. When we got him home he drank water like he hadn’t had water in days. Over the next 10 days he wouldn’t eat, lost weight, was depres... read more

Their staff is very short and not friendly. I took my dog for her very first vet visit last week, and wasn't sure if I'd be back even then. Then she showed signs of kennel cough and she caught a respiratory infection at their clinic. I called and they said to come pick up her medicine, so I was happy. I get there and they're charging me a significant amount to treat the infection that her clinic gave her! This clinic does not care about pet health, only money. We won't be back and I will warn people of your office.

We signed both of our dogs up for the annual program there. Had been very pleased with the service until I called them at 4:15pm to see if we could bring one in for an emergency visit only to be told we needed to take her to the Emergency vet in Springfield. Don’t think We will be back!

They allowed our dog to die and did not examine her like we asked. Their commitment was “she just wants attention” when we knew she was in a lot of pain. They double charged me on an exam and act like the don’t really have time for you. Never again.
