Bravo built two fences for us on. Both have held up beautifully. The first is 7 years old and the second fence is 2 years old. While I see neighbors fences deteriorating, with warping boards that are pulling away from the rails, ours still looks great. I wanted them to put picket boards very close to the ground, so our 3 lb Pomeranian could not escape. They kept all boards very close to ground level and she has not gotten out yet. I strongly recommend Bravo Fence.
I hired Bravo to install a privacy fence in my back yard and, honestly, not a great experience overall. The "getting an estimate" and planning part was pretty smooth. It was once the actual work started that things went wrong. First, the guys that showed up to do the work didn't speak any English. They did a horrible job on our fence. They left a mess, screws pieces of fence and even cement all over our grass. The hinges on our fence are breaking, they came out and “fixed” it 3 times using the same shitty hinges that keep bending and breaking. The whole gate is crooked and almost impossible to open/shut. We tried calling and they only suggested we spend more money for them to “fix” it properly.
We had really hard time dealing with sales team after we got them to do 4 neighbors yards for giant fence project. We couldn’t get straight answers for the price of each side, we had to manage the work crew as no one from Bravo was present to manage them. The crew wasn’t fully informed about that job as they attempted to install the wrong fence, and they even failed to remove the old fence in one spot (we had to run out and tell them what to do).
